Can I use an Elastic IP address that was previously assigned to another EC2 instance, if it's currently unassigned by any instance in AWS?

Hello.

You can use the Elastic IP address you have in your AWS account on another EC2 instance.
In other words, if an Elastic IP address is not attached to any EC2, it can be attached to another EC2.
