Last year, after using the ec2 program for about a month, I deleted it from my computer. However, last month's usage fee of KRW 180,978 was paid.

Currently, I have completed the deletion of ec2 on the aws site, and please process it so that it will not be charged in the future. Also, I request a refund for the amount used last month and this month.

I'm contacting you through the post because the case creation at the support center is not working properly.

작년에 ec2 프로그램을 한 달 정도 사용한 후 컴퓨터에서 삭제했습니다. 하지만 지난달 사용료 180,978원이 결제되었습니다.

현재 aws 사이트에서 ec2 삭제를 완료했으며, 앞으로 청구되지 않도록 처리해 주시기 바랍니다. 또한, 지난달과 이번 달에 사용된 금액에 대해서도 환불을 요청드립니다.

지원 센터의 사례 작성이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 게시물을 통해 연락드립니다.

Sorry to hear your were charged unexpectedly. You'll need to reach out to our Billing team by creating a case from our Support Center: go.aws/support-center

They'll be able to assist with your request.
