I am facing the nginx error! How to solve this problem?

Facing this issues
Having two instances connected with load balancers, I have created the API in Codeigniter.

APIs sometimes fail to work and print this error message

I don't Know what is  issue, Please help me to solve this problem.

From the message you shared with us, it looks like it is reaching EC2.  
Can you please check the Nginx error log and share any suspicious logs?
