In such scenarios, if you need to replace a card with international transaction capability, the verification team will trigger a deduction of $1=in the local currency to validate the card. Once the card is validated, you will need to send an email to the AWS verification team at aws-verification@amazon.com to request their validation.
Check email similar if the card decline "Greetings from Amazon Web Services,
We received an error while attempting to confirm the payment method associated with your Amazon Web Services account. To use some Amazon Web Services, you must provide a valid payment method and we were unable to charge your card for Rs 2 as part of our payment method verification.
Some common reasons why the charge might fail are:
-
The charge is for a low Rupee amount (Rs 2.00), which your bank may decline.
-
Some banks have restrictions on Internet transactions. You may want to check with your card issuer to see if they have such a restriction.
We recommend you contact your bank to determine the exact reason for the decline.
To retry the Rs 2 charge using the same or a new payment method, please delete your existing card and add a payment method by going to https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/paymentmethods.
You can contact AWS Customer Service via the Support Center: https://aws.amazon.com/support
If you feel you have received this e-mail in error, please include these details in your case.
Thank you for using Amazon Web Services."
