This is a known issue and is pending a fix from Microsoft (no ETA).
As a workaround, you can use your fleet in Desktop view and login to your Microsoft apps.

Seems browser related.
Did you verify the usual suspects?
- clearing cache
- cookies
- temp files
Try InCognito mode(or a different browser like Firefox if you are using Chrome) to confirm whether it a browser issue.
