Anyone else getting blank password window when streaming MS Office App

When I attempt to stream and MS Office app (in my case Visio) I get the sign in request. I successfully respond to username request then the password request never comes up. Just a blank pane where the request would normally appear. Has anyone else experienced this and can suggest solution?

This is a known issue and is pending a fix from Microsoft (no ETA).

As a workaround, you can use your fleet in Desktop view and login to your Microsoft apps.

    Thanks, Jeremy_S! Indeed reconfigured the fleet for stream view Desktop instead of Application and works like you said it would. You have earned a helping Gold Star -- take to nearest Starbucks along with local equivalent of $6.50 USD and have a latte.

Seems browser related.

Did you verify the usual suspects?

  • clearing cache
  • cookies
  • temp files

Try InCognito mode(or a different browser like Firefox if you are using Chrome) to confirm whether it a browser issue.

Cleared history in Firefox and Chrome -- same problem --- Firefox Private -- same problem
