Hi Team, I have received the below email from aws.

[You recently requested an AWS Service that required additional validation. Your request has now been validated for AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region(s). If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact us at aws-verification@amazon.com <[[mailto:aws-verification@amazon.com]]>.]

This is 2 year old aws account. I was using only us-east-1 region. when I tried creating resources in another region, I got the email. I had not requested for any validation.

What is the reason I got this mail from aws?

Not all regions are enabled by default, some need to be enabled and AWS execute some process before you can use them. You can read documentation in Managing AWS Regions.
