My LightSail Website not working properly

I've hosted a simple PHP website, with a few pages. I noticed that it doesn't work/load for most visitors - Although sometimes it opens. Any ideas to make it 100% Working?

*My CPU Burst Capacity is 100%, check the instance metrics here: https://prnt.sc/EozSKE8Bs1ru *I'm using Cloudflare and there are no blocking rules there.

If it's a new website with a new domain name, it may take several hours to a few days for the DNS records to be propagated.

    Thanks Kdambiec. The domain is not new, I built it since +1yr but I moved recently to AWS for better scalability!
