ses - verify domain with DomainKeys Identified Mail

0

First of all, I apologize if I am not using the correct channel to ask questions, but I find it very difficult to find a channel to ask questions.

I am a user who is using the free plan to manage a web application used by a non-profit voluntary association. I need to use the SES service to manage the few emails that I have to send from the web application.

I have successfully validated the email from which to send emails to the application users. I also did the domain identity verification, but even though the fateful 72 hours have passed, I have not yet received a positive result.

I entered the CNAME records created during the domain verification request phase, on my domain's DNS. I had the DNS manager do a check which guarantees me that the data has been entered correctly. I wanted to ask you if you can check my domain.

domain: bandieragiallarovigo-odv.it

Thank you Moreno

hello moreno,

it's important to ensure that your CNAME records in the DNS settings exactly match the details provided by Amazon SES. DNS changes can sometimes take longer than the typical 72 hours to propagate. You can use online DNS lookup tools like mxtoolbox.com or dnschecker.org to check if the CNAME records are correctly propagated.
