Advice on Amazon Rekognition services

Hello. We're currently using Amazon Rekognition as a tool for image moderation. Now we also want to filter out texts that users input in 2 places of our products:

  1. "About you" section of their public profile.
  2. Forum posts

Can you please advice which of Amazon tools are most suitable for this purposes? Important note - it also should support multi-lang out of the box.
