SMS not receive api return 200 but portal showing failed

Hi AWS, We are integrated SNS API for send transitional sms to user, When it was sanbox i sent sms on two numbers after verify sender id and all details convert to production Now also i can send only on that two number not to others can you tell me how i can find the solution logs also not sowing in AWS
