ENA Express Support - Does ENA is active between AWS owned endpoints as well? EC2 to ALB, EC2 to VPC or EC2 to EBS?

My customer is heavy users of Oracle on EC2 and this ENA express might be big Boost Performance boost for them. They have pointed questions on ENA express support b/w EC2--> ENA Express --> RDS/EBS.

Supported instance types for ENA Express

ENA Express is supported by the c6gn.16xl instance type.
