Sorry, you've reached your maximum limit of Lightsail Instances : 0. If you're new to Lightsail, please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support I got this error when I create an instance. How to fix it? Thanks

Is this account recently created/provisioned, if so then I've also see this error which went away after couple of days.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you to reach out to AWS Contact Us under Account/Billing category and explain this situation in detail. They should be able to take care of this.

Hello.
This can occur when the number of Lightsail instances that can be created with an AWS account is exceeded or when an AWS account has just been created.

You will need to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and inquire about the error.
