Case *************** - Unassigned for 2 weeks - Valid AWS Marketplace subscription but cannot access Claude 3.5 Sonnet

AWS Support has completely failed me. Case ID *************** has been "unassigned" for 2 WEEKS.

SITUATION:

  • Valid AWS Marketplace subscription for Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2
  • Agreement ID: agmt-7td9047x4vejtkl5pvewpa9bh
  • Subscription confirmed March 2, 2026
  • Cannot access service due to ValidationException
  • Case created 2 weeks ago - STILL UNASSIGNED

This is a billing/subscription access issue - I have a valid marketplace agreement but cannot use the service I've subscribed to. This violates AWS's own SLA for billing support.

@AWS-Support-Team - Your support system has completely abandoned my case. This is unacceptable service.

Need immediate AWS staff intervention.
