mac1インスタンスでインスタンスステータスのチェックに失敗

東京リージョン(ap-northeast-1a)でmacのインスタンスを建てようとしています。インスタンスの作成までは成功しましたが、インスタンスを開始後にタイトルの状態になります。現状EC2 シリアルコンソールもサポートされてないようなので諦めるしかないのでしょうか
