Hello.
What is the error message when you try to SSH?
When performing SSH, the inbound rule of the EC2 security group must be set to allow port 22.

Perhaps you need to validate the email address you created with Amazon SES. Follow the steps in the following document to perform the verification. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/creating-identities.html#verify-email-addresses-procedure
Have you verified your email address with Amazon SES?
If the SMTP configuration has been completed in Amazon SES, the SMTP endpoint should be available. I believe that this endpoint and SMTP user can be used to send mail. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/smtp-connect.html
please read my answers and let me know how an I solve my issues?
Will I receive any email other than the verification email? In other words, can you confirm that I will receive non-AWS mail? If you are receiving non-AWS mail, you may be blocking AWS mail.
If SSH fails, please refer to the following document. It describes how to deal with the problem. https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-server-refused-our-key
