Hi,
I've been looking for a tutorial on how to offload WordPress media to an S3 bucket.
I have a few websites under hosting and some of my clients keep uploading a lot of images and it's reaching my storage limit.
I found there are some WordPress plugins that do this, but I would like to do it without a plugin.
Any help is appreciated.

Why do you not want to use a plugin?
I suppose one way you could do this is to use a tool like s3fs to mount an S3 bucket as a filesystem on your linux instance and then move the media location to this new filesystem.
