Can I use the companion app to have multiple workdocs instances in my file folder?

I use 3 different instances of workdocs. I have my personal workdocs in my file folder using the companion app-- is it possible to have the other 2 in my file folder as well?

    How is this done? The client app only lets me have one site at a time.
