WorkDocs Ownership

We have a WorkDoc Folder whose owner have left the company. No other person is the owner to this Folder. How can we get access to this folder? we are also not the viewers, and the only people who can access this folder are their team member who do not have the right to change the ownership.

Is there a way in WorkDoc, where the Ownership get automatic transferred to the other person when the creator of the folder have left the company? if not, how can we access the documents in this folder?
