Feedback forwarding/bounces via SMTP issue

0

Hi,
I verified a domain (example.com) for use with SES. Software we're using needs to receive bounces via SMTP to automatically handle bounces. As a test I wrote an email from myaddress@example.com to bounce@simulator.amazonses.com. The expected bounce did not reach my inbox at Office 365. (Checked junk folder, too.) Note: myaddress@example.com had been used as envelope from address (MAIL FROM).
Next try was setting MAIL FROM to myaddress@example.com and manually setting the header "Return-Path: myaddress@example.com" but no bounce has been received neither.
I also checked in the O365 Exchange admin center if the bounce had been rejected but there's no sign of a bounce message.

So how can I receive bounces via SMTP?

Thank you

Finally got a reply from AWS support. Office365 blocks emails from SES at the moment:

550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP [69.169.224.240]. To request removal from this list please visit https://sender.office.com/ and follow the directions.
