I am creating RDS instance but its getting created in dedicated, I do not want to create it on dedicated hardware any help would be appreciated

Please check the VPC in which you are creating your RDS instance. if the VPC is created in Dedicated tenancy then RDS launched in that VPC would be launched on dedicated tenancy. Use the VPC with default tenancy to solve your issue.
