Can't log into business account

I can't log into my business account. The account # is XXXXXXXXXXXX. The person who used to manage our account has been terminated.

Is this account your root account or what? Only the terminated person used to access the account?

Yes. He was the only one that accessed the account. I believe it was the root user. I'm new to this.
