You can either create single ami products; https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace/latest/userguide/ami-single-ami-products.html or add a version to an existing one: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/marketplace-catalog/latest/api-reference/ami-products.html#ami-add-version
