How to delete these elastic beanstalk environments

I have created these two EB env but not able to repair to delete this.
Could you please help.

Your environments seem already to be terminated, you may need to wait until they get away from the UI

A Beanstalk Environment creates an Auto Scaling Group.
In my case, that Auto Scaling Group wasn't able to scale because of Security Groups misconfiguration. It lead to the environment freezing.
I manually deleted the Auto Scale Group in EC2 AWS Console. After that environment was unblocked immediately.
