Broken AWS Links

You'll see that option Provide feedback at bottom left of the documentation page, as you click that, it'll report for that document itself. There is no generic link which you can use to report broken link for any documentation. Each such feedback link would be specific to that documentation page.

If you are seeing issue in accessing docs.aws.amazon.com, I'd suggest you to clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. It's working fine. Here is a sample snapshot for EC2 guide:
