BAD AWS CLF-C02 proctoring experiences

A month ago happen on 11th Nov 2023 This morning, I did my AWS CCP CLF-C02. The proctoring experiences is bad with Pearson Vue, they just message me and did not speak at all. I show them the room and put my phone away and was clear to start. After that I completed all the questions. I very confident about the exam but still I would like to again review all my questions again. During the process of reviewing my previous questions. Suddenly it alert me detect validation error and log me out. I did nothing wrong and did not speak a word or make a sound and was being log out suddenly. I open an case with AWS and they have to wait Pearson VUE to review which require 3 business day.

After number of email address to the issue. Today I, 14 Dec 2023 I got replied from them. Quote from AWS Customer Service Team, "your exam was revoked as you accessed unauthorized items and used a mic in my collar without accommodation during the exam which is not allowed as per policy" First of all complete untrue as I accessed to unauthorized items, I fully concentrate on the exam and did not accessed to any of the unauthorized items.
My computer mic is not responding well so I use a external mic. During the pre-system check, the system will check is my mic is ok or not. So I get an external mic. Is my first time taking online proctor exam with AWS. When start it did question about my mic and my collar. Then after 1 hour plus, suddenly is log me out.

This is really Horrible, bad un-common sense, the system required me to do a mic test and and I unable to use a mic on my collar. The pre-system check got check external monitor, and I remove then it allow me to got through it. this is fair.

I also wearing a shirt during the online exam does this consider without accommodation during the exam.

I really done with AWS, really every bad and Horrible.
