SES - Non Verified email in Sandbox
Customer is on Sandbox testing it. They can test successfully using verified email. However they want to test the non-verified email in sandbox. Is this a possibility?
Is there a way to test it without verifying the email? How do we know it will work outside of SES sandbox?

This is not possible: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/request-production-access.html
While your account is in the sandbox, you can use all of the features of Amazon SES. However, when your account is in the sandbox, we apply the following restrictions to your account: For sending authorization, neither you nor the delegate sender can send email to non-verified email addresses.
It is possible to move back to sandbox from production mode. To do so you would open another limit increase case and request to move back to sandbox

Can the customer move to production and back to sandbox again?
