Upgrade EC2 instance

0

Hi guys, I have some EC2 instances that run m3, m4, r3, r4 in Linux and Windows. I would like to upgrade these instances to m6i and r6i. My question is that are there any consideration to be noted in upgrading the instances. If you have experience about this case, please share your knowledge.

Thanks, Steven

Hello.

Please note that changing the instance type will require you to stop the instance, resulting in downtime.
If you do not upgrade the version of the installed driver, etc., it may stop working.

We recommend checking the driver installation as well as activation documentation.
