SSL certificate request has been pending after I moved my domain from another aws account

I transferred my route 53 domain from one AWS account to another. In the new account, I requested an SSL certificate and it's been pending for 2 days now. Does anyone had the same issue after transfer? How can I troubleshoot?

Have you ensured that you have nameservers configured on the new account?

  1. Go to the Registered domains page on Route 53 Web Console.
  2. Select the domain to check the detail.
  3. Check the values of Name servers property.
  4. Configure the value of Name servers to the name servers of the hosted zone that you newly created.

  • Hey, i just did it what you said and unfrotunately i still have that problem that i am waiting in a pending state for ssl certificate. what else i can do?
