RDS Serverless running Aurora Suddenly Rebooting Every Minute

My instance has suddenly started rebooting every minute. It is a single RDS MySQL Instance running under a cluster.

DB cluster role: Regional cluster Engine version: 8.0.mysql_aurora.3.03.1 Cluster storage configuration: Aurora Standard
