EIP无法ping通，可能原因及测试工具。

我在首尔申请的EIP只有美国能ping通，中国区和其他海外区都不行。请问有可能是什么原因导致的？我用的是port.ping.pe测试的，请问还有其他工具吗？

站长之家可以检测国内外，请确保您多次测试ping的时候都是安全组icmp打开的没做过修改，不行再重新申请eip试一下
