How to move Opencart from a Hosting Company to AWS?

Hi, I am currently using OC3.0.3.1 and would like to move everything from HostPapa to AWS. Is that a wise decision and what is the best simple way of doing it? I currently setup a root and AIM account. I would appreciate if you can explain it step by step if you know it. Thanks
