Issue creating mysql RDS multi-AZ instance in Singapore region

From AWS Console in the Singapore region I am creating a mysql 8.x Multi-AZ instance. I want to make it a micro or medium but the only choices I see are large. How can I select medium or micro? Thanks

The smallest instance configuration I can choose for any prod configuration even for single AZ is db.m5.large

Hello.

Have you selected "Multi-AZ DB Cluster"?
"Multi-AZ DB Cluster" cannot use small instance types.
If you do not select "Multi-AZ DB instance", you cannot select small instance types such as "t3.micro".
