Cloud-Formation Template for Live Call Analytics throws errors (Amazon Live Call Analytics)
Hello community,
I was eager to setup the LIve Call Analytics Template which I was able to find here: https://amazon.com/live-call-analytics
Unfortunately I've got multiple errors, primarily based on the QNAbotplugin for Bedrock and Kendra. Yes, I've selected Bedrock as well as Claude for API but also other services, however, it always gets stuck in there:
Is this template from the URL above still working in general at all?

Hello.
For "Claude", you need to enable model access in your AWS account, have you done this?

Also, are there any other error messages?
Looking at the CloudFormation template, it seems that "QNABOTPLUGINBEDROCK" is running another CloudFormation template nested.
So, if you check the nested CloudFormation stack, you will probably see some error messages.

No, I didn't have done the model access before, so I requested and got accepted now. Unfortunately it didn't solved the issue.
What can I do about the QNABOTPLUGINBEDROCK ? The alternatives are just writing own lambda functions, which I'm not ready for. The tutorial on amazon.com/live-call-analytics says it should run out of the box.
