Hello.
For "Claude", you need to enable model access in your AWS account, have you done this?

Also, are there any other error messages?
Looking at the CloudFormation template, it seems that "QNABOTPLUGINBEDROCK" is running another CloudFormation template nested.
So, if you check the nested CloudFormation stack, you will probably see some error messages.

No, I didn't have done the model access before, so I requested and got accepted now. Unfortunately it didn't solved the issue.
What can I do about the QNABOTPLUGINBEDROCK ? The alternatives are just writing own lambda functions, which I'm not ready for. The tutorial on amazon.com/live-call-analytics says it should run out of the box.
