AWS Cloud9 Reconnecting issue....again. Any support at all for this?

Hi,

A couple of months ago my AWS environment was having issues and constantly showing a 'Reconnecting...' error/warning message at the top of the IDE. It went away for months and then recently came back again. Is there someone in support at Amazon that can be contacted when a perfectly good instance stops working? I don't know why this happens but appears to be something 'behind the scenes' as I haven't made any changes.
