Elastic Beanstalk application not found

I have an Elastic Beanstalk application on the China AWS console (region cn-northwest-1) that is behaving in a weid way: every now and then, without a clear pattern, its URL becomes not reachable from anywhere. The Elastic Beanstalk management console doesn't report any anomaly and the SSL certificate is fresh. How can I debug this error?

Hello.

I think the content is similar to the question in the URL below.
In the case of the China region, it seems that you need to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.

Thank you for your help. I found out that ports 80 and 443 are by default blocked in China. To use them, you need an icp license and talk to aws support to unblock them.

If the above does not resolve the issue, you will need to check the web server logs and the network environment you are using to access the issue.
