Unable to complete DKIM verification

I'm using Route 53 as my DNS and I'm trying to verify DKIM.
My domain is marathonview.net
It's interesting to note that I have a 2nd domain (raceview.net) and it got verified without any issues.
I tried the process several times and as far as I can judge, all records are there and are correct.
Nevertheless, the process fails. After several days of "Pending..." I received a failure message. How can I proceed here?
