Unable to start the environment. To retry, refresh the browser or restart by selecting Actions, Restart AWS CloudShell.

I can´t use AWS CludShell. I created a root user ferku3108 I checked refresh the website, restart CloudShell, but still the same. I used the available areas. What could happen? Thank You.
