Inquiries about the inability to access after changing master account information

Hello.

You have made changes to the master account. You have changed your existing account (alflsp1026@gmail.com ) to a changed account (park.do@ensecure.co.kr ). (Account and password can be changed)

And I tried to log in with the changed account (park.do@ensecure.co.kr ), but I got an error message saying that I could not access because I failed to authenticate.

I thought the password was wrong and tried to initialize it through the email address of the changed account (park.do@ensecure.co.kr ), but I couldn't change it because I didn't get an initialized password email.

I'd like to ask you what else I need to check. Please check it out.

Please mask your AWS account ID etc.

Are you receiving emails in your spam mailbox?
Also, what happens if I try to sign in with my old email address?
