Multiple AWS accounts and AWS Cloud Institute

Question

Hello, I have multiple AWS accounts one of which was accepted into the AWS Cloud Institute program and I need to combine my accounts, I understand that its an issue but I haven't registered for any courses yet and completed the registration process is there anyway for me to merge my accounts and be able to finish the registration process? I also tried to apply using my Amazon employee credentials but when I try to go to the link to complete the intro course as part of the application process I receive a permissions block for the page.

Go to[ AWS Support Center]() and submit a support ticket.
Provide details about the accounts and your acceptance into the AWS Cloud Institute program.

Check the[ AWS Cloud Institute FAQ ]()or contact their support for guidance on account issues and course access.
