Plesk instant from snapshot in Lightsail

Hello there, I am trying to upgrade my Plesk instant so I took a snapshot for my current instant, then I tried to create a new instant from the snapshot with larger storage, but when I press create instant nothing happened. I have a dedicated IP v4 for my instant. I tried to delete my firewall settings then to create the instant but still nothing happened. FYI when I say nothing happened I mean nothing no error message and even the page don't change I get the little loader then stopes and the button to create instant appear again. Any help please?
