My Amazon Connect admin user's profile got changed to Agent profile and I lost access to everything

HI,

I created an Amazon contact center via Salesforce and was the only admin user. While setting it up, I mistakenly changed the profile from admin to agent and lost all access, even though I could not create a case or reach out to support. Could you please help me? This is urgent.

Your Root email, or IAM root user, should allow you to change the privileges. Have you tried one of these?

I am able to log in as a root user but unable to change the privileges. I could not see the Amazon connect user. Could you guide me with the steps or in which settings I should be able to restore it?

When you have access to the AWS Console, you can use the emergency login from the AWS console to gain admin privileged access to your instance.

From here you can update the security profile of your user to Admin again or update the profile you're using.
