Moving AWS Certifications from one Training Certification account to new Builder Account

I have an existing (Login with email) personal account with multiple AWS certifications. I have now created a new Builder account with my Amazon employee loginand need to move my certifications. I am unable to link the original account with the new Builder account and need assistance on this.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
