The issue you're encountering where you cannot log into your AWS account and are stuck in a continuous loop could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this problem:

1. Verify Credentials Ensure that you are entering the correct email address and password. Double-check for any typos or mistakes.

2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with logging in. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again.

3. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode Use a different web browser or open an incognito/private browsing window to see if you can log in.

4. Password Reset If you think you might have forgotten your password, try resetting it:

  • Go to the AWS Management Console sign-in page.
  • Click on "Forgot your password?"
  • Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

5. Check Email Verification If you're creating a new account and it's stuck in a verification loop, ensure that you are clicking the verification link sent to your email. Sometimes the email might go to your spam/junk folder, so check there as well.

6. Contact AWS Support If none of the above steps work, it might be necessary to contact AWS Support for assistance. Here’s how you can do that:

  • Go to the AWS Support Center: AWS Support Center https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/
  • Select "Sign-in Issues" or "Account and Billing Support."
  • Describe your issue in detail.

Example Email to AWS Support If you need to contact AWS Support, you can use this template for your email:

Subject: Unable to Log into AWS Account

Dear AWS Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with logging into my AWS account. When I try to sign in, I receive the following error message: "An AWS account with that sign-in information does not exist. Try again or create a new account."

Additionally, when I attempt to create a new account, I receive a verification email, but after clicking the verification link, I am brought back to the sign-in page, and the same issue persists. This has resulted in a continuous loop, and I am unable to access my account.

Here are the details of my account:

- Email Address: [your-email@example.com]

I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Verified that my email and password are correct.
2. Cleared browser cache and cookies.
3. Tried different browsers and incognito mode.
4. Attempted to reset my password.

None of these steps have resolved the issue. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
[Your Name]
