Emails could not be delivered as Amazon IP is under block list

0

Hi there,

Unfortunately I received email notifications that my newsletters could not be sent due to the error below:-

An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: Reporting-MTA: dns; b232-11.smtp-out.ap-southeast-2.amazonses.com

Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822; Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [69.169.232.11] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors . [HE1EUR04FT027.eop-eur04.prod.protection.outlook.com ] Status: 5.7.1

It looks like the IP address listed (69.169.232.11) above belongs to Amazon.

Is there anything you can do on your end to fix this issue?

Thank you kindly.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I've looked at the KB article and I don't think it applies to me. It seems like only emails sent to "hotmail.com" or "outlook.com" are undelivered. There doesn't seem to be an issue sending to other domains.
