Online configuration changes for cluster availability included in 5.0.6?

Hi,
The AWS Elasticache notes for Redis engine 5.0.5 mention about the online configuration changes to maintain cluster availability in during failovers and cluster upgrades. Does a similar feature exist for the 5.0.6 Redis engine as well?

AWS Support confirmed that any cluster upwards of 5.0.5 should have this online configuration.
