Can not create instance image

I have not being able to create image for my instance since yesterday. It shows... "Invalid value 'i-0cb79526a4f9c15b9' for instanceId. Instance is not in state 'running' or 'stopped'", but the state of this instance is actually in running and the status checks passed. I don't know why it does not allow me to create image...

I had been trying to create image yesterday and today. I finally being able to did it just now. Not sure what had happened, but I am glad it finally worked.
