Can we create multiple databases in one instance of Postgres RDS Multi AZ DB Cluster. AWS Console does not allow specifying the initial DB name for this option. If yes, possible, Please share the reference document or CL details

Yes, sure. https://aws.amazon.com/rds/faqs/ You can create as much as your workload could suffer.

    Thanks. Can you please point me to any document covering this? AWS Console does not provide the option to specify the Initial DB name for Multi AZ DB Cluster. Also I could not find any CLI supporting this.

    You have to use client or sdk connect to the instance and create it by using DDL.
