Connect AIM (Amazon Issue Management) to Dashboard

Hi All,

I would like to create a dashboard by connecting few folders in Amazon Issue Manager - to get live update on # of open SIMs, resolved, pending etc., but im struck on how to create the dataset. Please help as im new to QuickSight.

I don't think there is a direct integration with Amazon QuickSight for creating datasets. However you can make use of AIM's reporting functionality to export data to S3 .This data can be exported in CSV format. You can schedule these exports to run periodically (daily, hourly etc.) based on your need for real-time updates.

Later you can use Glue data catalog and Lambda function to push data to quicksight and create dashboard. I have not tried it end-to-end myself though I have used lambda for pushing data to quicksight from other sources.

    Thank you for the response. Can you please share any reference documentation or videos which will help me in this process. As i mentioned, im pretty new to QuickSight, not aware of Lambda functionality
