Unable to Connect to Cloud9 Environment

0

Hello, I have a Cloud9 environment, the environment has been running fine for months, today I encountered that I can not login anymore. The EC2 instance exist and Cloud9 cand start the instance, I can also connect to the instance through Systems Manager but when I try through the Cloud9 service it fails. Also the Status of the Cloud9 Env shows as "Connecting" and never change.

Does someone know what I can check? Are there any log in the EC2 about cloud9 ? I'm trying to find out what is failing as the instance has Internet access and everything was fine before. Thank you.

How about scaling up your instance ? Lack of performance could be the cause.

  • Scale up your instance (e.g. t2.small to t2.medium)
  • Scale up your EBS volume

or you can check Troubleshooting AWS Cloud9. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloud9/latest/user-guide/troubleshooting.html#troubleshooting-connection

  • Thanks for your answer, I have check the Instance size and the CPU is idle, also the EBS is big enough and reamins with low utilization. I will review again the Troubleshooting but I would like to know if there is a log in the EC2 that I could check, the AWS Console error is too generic.
