The 3cx system is down al week. W can not login to the manager console. When we try to reboote the system ant connest we got this message al the time: Failed to connect to your instance EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to your instance. Ensure your instance network settings are configured correctly for EC2 Instance Connect. For more information, see EC2 Instance Connect Prerequisites at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-instance-connect-prerequisites.html.

What it the problem?

Ouer server is on the Amazon cloud. Nothing has been changed. Last sunday it showed problems with connection. Desperatly need some help to solve this problem.

Hello.

Was your EC2 originally able to connect using EC2 Instance Connect?
If so, please follow the steps in the document below to check the system logs, etc. to see if any errors have occurred.
